John is the owner of John's Performance Shop, which has had its doors open to snowmobile enthusiasts for 30+ years. John is also a certified Arctic Cat master technician, so he knows how to accurately diagnose problems and repair snowmobiles and ATVs. He makes several trips to Michigan every winter to ride the different models so that he can give personal advice to customers to find the perfect sled for them based on their riding style.

Julie is our store manager and is a crucial part to our stores daily operations. Julie not only oversees daily store operations and employees, but she also does all the ordering for the store and manages all ecommerce activity. Every accessory, part, or clothing item you see in our store Julie has ordered. Julie is typically the person you see behind the counter when you come into the store or the voice you hear when you call the shop. She specializes in customer service and satisfaction.

Roy is our Service Manager and Arctic Cat Gold Certified Cat Master Technician! He is certified to do any job big or small including all our warranty work. He works on everything from snowmobiles to mowers and also helps out in customer service. Roy is a crucial component in keeping our service department running smooth.
