John is the owner of John's Performance Shop, which has had its doors open to snowmobile enthusiasts for 24 years. John is also a certified Arctic Cat master technician and certified Ski-Doo technician, so he knows how to accurately diagnose problems and repair snowmobiles and ATVs. He makes several trips to Michigan every winter to ride the different models so that he can give personal advice to customers to find the perfect sled for them based on their riding style.

Julie is the person you see behind the counter when you come into the store. She helps the customers find what they need, whether it be a new jacket or replacement parts. If Julie is not behind the counter she can usually be found in the shop lending the guys an extra hand or cleaning the machines.
